The room was a mess. Dirty towels everywhere, and it felt like the bed hadn't been changed. The shower was cool, but the TV didn't work. We asked for clean towels and had to beg. I didn’t even get basic stuff like shampoo or body wash. It felt super unsafe with staff trying to get into our car and entering our room without permission. Just not a good experience at all.
